The Pearl Orthopaedic Mattress by Monarch Beds is a substantial mattress designed to be ideal for those who suffer from back problems, muscular discomfort, or other general aches and pains.

This 12 ½ Gauge Open Coil Spring Unit has a six gauge rod wire frame support.
The hand-tufted mattress has a cool touch cover and over 800 grams of polyester fillings.
